Terms of Service

1. Service Description

AMPLIFYD provides tools for social media scheduling and analytics, AI-powered assessments, and online courses. Features may evolve and may require integrations with third-party platforms.

2. Accounts and Access

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the services.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and connected tokens.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account.

3. Social Accounts and Integrations

• You grant AMPLIFYD permission to access and act on connected social accounts solely as authorized (e.g., posting, analytics, inbox actions).
• You may disconnect social accounts at any time; this may limit functionality.
• You must comply with each platform's policies (e.g., Meta, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

4. Courses, Instructors, and Certifications

• Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course content for the stated term.
• Instructors may set additional rules for assignments, assessments, and completion criteria.
• Certificates are issued at our discretion based on completion and assessment rules.

5. Fees and Billing

• Paid plans and course fees are billed as stated at purchase; taxes may apply.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are only provided where required by law or expressly stated in an offer.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or schedule. You grant AMPLIFYD a license to host, process, and transmit that content to deliver the services. You represent that your content and scheduled posts comply with applicable laws, intellectual property rights, and platform policies.

7. Acceptable Use

You will not misuse the platform, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service integrity, sending spam, or using the services for unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.

8. Intellectual Property

AMPLIFYD and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, documentation, and content we provide. Using the services does not grant you ownership of our IP or branding elements.

9. Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results, course outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions; if so, these may not fully apply.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMPLIFYD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amounts paid to us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the event.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMPLIFYD from claims arising out of your content, use of the services, or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the platform. You may stop using the services at any time; sections that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. We will provide notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
